Terms of Service — SuperMed

1. Membership and eligibility

SuperMed is a private membership-based group purchasing club. Membership is available only to verified doctors and doctor-owned clinics in good standing. We reserve the right to approve, decline or revoke membership at any time based on eligibility verification.

2. Use of the platform

Members may use the platform to browse products, build consolidated orders, access group-negotiated prices, and manage invoices. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful clinic purchasing purposes.

3. Orders and pricing

Product availability and pricing are subject to change and may vary based on supplier, quantity and group pricing tiers. Placing an order through the Club constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted only when confirmed by us and the supplier.

4. Payment and credit

Members may be eligible for consolidated invoicing and extended payment terms, including up to 30 additional days to pay, subject to verification and credit approval. Late payments may result in suspension of ordering privileges or membership termination.

5. Supplier relationship

SuperMed facilitates purchases between members and verified suppliers. We are not a reseller of medical products unless expressly stated. Product warranties, returns and quality matters are handled between the member and the supplier, with our reasonable assistance where appropriate.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate membership for misrepresentation, fraud, repeated late payment, abuse of the platform, or any other reason that affects the integrity of the Club or its supplier relationships.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchases made through the Club. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version is always available at this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperMed operates, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
